How to Book: Please e-mail us with your full name, address, contact details and preferred dates. We will then confirm your dates via e-mail and send you a booking form. Please post us back the booking form with your 50% deposit cheque to secure your dates. Only upon receipt of the booking form and deposit is the booking secured. Please make cheques payable to Sara Williamson. Alternatively, you may pay using e-banking - please contact us for details.
The balance is payable one month before your arrival. At the time the final balance is paid a returnable deposit of £50 is also payable to cover damage, breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will be returned within 14 days following departure less deductions, if applicable.
Cancellations: Unfortunately we cannot refund monies once a booking has been made unless we are able to re-book the yurt, in which case we will retain 20% of the tariff. We therefore recommend that you consider taking out cancellation insurance.
Short Breaks: Short breaks may be available out of season, or possibly at short notice, please enquire.
Group bookings: We are delighted to have helped a number of groups to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Groups can choose to hire all four yurts and benefit from exclusive use of all our facilities, including the “Big Barn” which provides an excellent focal point for families to congregate. Our open campfire area is a wonderful setting for relaxing together in the evening.
There are numerous activites available locally from sailing in tall ships to canoe trips along with fantastic river and costal walks. We will be happy to help you in planning and arrangements to make your stay really special.
Romantic getaways: Our yurts provide a truly special place for a romantic retreat. Each yurt is positioned in its own tranquil surroundings. The comfortable double beds with feather duvets and woodburning stoves give you evenings that you will never forget. As the stove dies down and night falls you can gaze up at the stars through the transparent wheel of the top of the yurt. Solar powered fairy lights begin to twinkle as the stars begin to come out and owls hoot outside. By day you can explore hidden coves on beaches just over a mile away or have a celebratory meal in one of Fowey's award winning restaurants.
Safety: Tremeer is a small working farm, with a limited use of heavy machinery, and therefore adults and children should take care whilst exploring our 6 acres of grounds. We do ask that children are supervised at all times.
Environment: We are making every effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible and we hope you will help us by recycling as much as you can during your stay.
